Role: Sr.Technical Analyst / Sr.Tech Specialist / Sr.Consultant

Exp: 3.8 - 12 yrs;

Location: Chennai;

 

Skills specification:

Experience in requirement gathering, analysis and working on functional specification.

Strong coding experience in Core Java & J2ee

Should have strong experience in JSF

Experience in struts is desirable

Experience in ORM (Hibernate, IBatis, JPA, Toplink, etc) is highly desirable

Strong experience in designs / design patterns

Working experience in Web Services is highly desirable

Strong exposure to web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX

Should be strong in IDEs like RAD / RSA / WSAD / Eclipse

Exposure to UML design and UML Tools

Knowledge in Agile & Scrum is desirable.

Strong experience in Oracle / SQL Server

Strong in writing complex queries & procedures, triggers, etc

Strong Working knowledge in JUnit, and Test Driven Development (TDD)

Well hands to work as an individual contributor to interact and work with clients.

Should have hands on experience in SDLC.

Should have Ability to understand business processes & mine projects onsite, coupled with sound technical knowledge.

Should have an excellent client interaction background with Smart, Innovative, Enthusiastic and Proactive

Should have good communication skill
