Working experience in Web Services is highly desirable
Strong exposure to web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX
Should be strong in IDEs like RAD / RSA / WSAD / Eclipse
Strong experience in Oracle / SQL Server
Should be strong in writing complex queries & procedures, triggers, etc
Strong Working knowledge in JUnit, and Test Driven Development (TDD)
Well hands to work as an individual contributor to interact and work with clients.
Should have hands on experience in SDLC & holds good communication skill
