* Provide leadership to the software engineering team for our product area.
* Work closely with the executive team to define product direction which includes in-depth engineering analysis
* Provide employee development and teambuilding
* Provide employee coaching and mentoring.
Criteria:
* Will be based in Mumbai, India.
* Extensive experience with developing and delivering commercial/enterprise software required.
* BS Computer Science or BE minimum required. Masters or further preferred.
* Experience on Core Java, Swing or JSP, Servlet, EJB, XML, JMS, JBOSS.
* Experience with secure coding practices, thread modeling, vulnerability assessment
* Experience with network and server management preferred
* Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
* Flexible during times of change.
* Retail Domain and Retail Product Development Experience - Highly preferred.

Great collection of question, useful for both beginners and experience level Java programmer. In fact many of these question I have seen in 2 to 4 years Java and J2EE walk in interviews. Good job and carry on.
also I've passed last year in exploring max and Jitter,
and I've worked a lot on FFT and use of Jitter to handle FFT data. But I didn't dive to deeply in Jitter, because I'm not really interested in images. What I'd like to do is to have the possibility to make some operations on matrix based on Symmetry applications of Group Theory,
In a way to modify the spectral informations held in the matrix. Someone could argue if this could be done in Max, or could be better to work on it learning JAva and programming specific Externals?
