Mandatory Requirement :
1. Fresher should be from the above mentioned engineering disciplines only.
2. Fresher should have a minimum of 75 % or equivalent scores.
3. The fresher should not have any arrears/ backlog.

5. A detailed description of their academic project is Mandatory.
6. Project reports and Thesis done during the academics are to carried on the day of interview.
Selection Process :
1. Written test consisting of Aptitude, Engineering concepts and basic C programming.
2. Duration of the written test is for an hour.
3. 2 – levels of technical interviews.
4. Final level – Management interview.
PS :
1. For outstation candidate who are appearing for the interview process no Travel Allowance will be paid.
2. Interview process will be conducted at ESI SW Office only.
The last date for sending in the resumes is 16th JULY 2013.
