Mandatory Skills
Work Exposure to 3GPP Rel 7 and above specifications
Experience in 1 or more of the 3G User plane Protocols (RLC, MAC, FP, PDCP)
Strong C programming skills
Run Time optimization skills (for performance and memory), debugging tools know-how etc
Usage of Continuous Integration tools
Usage of Network monitoring tools for RAN interfaces (Nethawk etc)
Desirable skills
Programming on PQ2/DSP/Multicore Target platform
Domain know-how: RNC, GSM (Userplane experience)
SDLC Know-how: Iterative, Agile and Waterfall models
Working /Development skills in HSxPA call scenarios ,
Working know how of L3, RRM layers ,NAS messaging
Exposure to TTCN scripting language
Personal Skills

4-8 years experience in Telecom Software/Application Testing of that at least 1-3 years in 3G/UMTS Technology (NodeB/RNC)
Work Experience in 3GPP Rel 7 and above specifications
Experience in one or more of the 3G User plane Protocols (RLC, MAC, FP, PDCP)
In depth Knowledge of UMTS/HSPA Domain
Usage of Nethawk/Wireshark and Emil analyzers
Experience in Perl/Python/Shell Scripting
Good at debugging
Desirable Skills
Domain know-how: RNC, GSM (User plane experience)
Good at performance analysis of RNC
SDLC Know-how: Iterative, Agile and Waterfall models
Working knowledge of L3, RRM, NAS
