Position-  Test Lead Years of experience:  6 – 8 years  Job Grade - 8   Key Responsibilities: ·         Responsible for system verification activities for NetAct (NAC) and @COM with IMS NE. ·         Plans, coordinates, designs and executes items in own area including test planning, estimations, execution, improvement initiatives etc. ·         Ensures quality of the area of ownership. ·         Coaches other team members in own area. ·         Participation in review meetings and interaction with other stakeholders in the above mentioned areas. ·         Able to drive improvement initiatives in area of expertise.        Skills required : ·         Product or System Testing experience in FM, PM, CM,  installation and integration of NetAct (like NAC, NEBR etc) and @COM products. ·         Good Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile test methodologies. ·         Good Working experience in  functional testing, installation/upgrade testing, test automation etc for the above mentioned products. ·         Knowledge of telecom domain. ·         Experience in tracing tools (WireShark, IPDump,etc). ·         Working experience with customers in the above mentioned products is an added advantage. ·         Good team player, self-motivated and possesses strong commitment to excel. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Position -  R&D Engineer Years of experience:  :  3 – 5 years  Job Grade- 7   Key Responsibilities: ·         System test activities for NetAct (NAC) and @COM with IMS NE including Test case preparation , Test Execution, Test Automation. ·         Plans, designs and executes items in the above mentioned areas. ·         Contributes to test plan reviews. ·         Performs problem isolation and resolution. Skills required: ·         Product or System Testing experience in FM, PM, CM,  installation and integration of NetAct (like NAC, NEBR etc) and @COM products. ·         Good Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile test methodologies ·         Good Working experience in  functional testing, installation/upgrade testing, test automation etc for the above mentioned products. ·         Knowledge of the telecom domain. ·         Experience in tracing tools (WireShark, IPDump,etc). ·         Good team player, self-motivated and possesses strong commitment to excel ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Basic Qualification for all positions- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech
