Position-  Technical Lead
Years of experience: 6 – 8yrs
Job Grade - 8

Key Responsibilities:
·         Plans, designs and executes items in own area
·         Co-ordinates activities within own responsibility area
·         Independent, self-motivated and able to lead features and work-items.
·         Fast ramp up time.
·         Would be responsible for specific TSP components – Technical Lead Role
·         Should be able to mentor and coach others.                                       
                                

Skills required :
·         6+ years of experience in C
·         OS: Solaris/Linux
·         Good know-how of OS concepts (multithreaded environment knowledge, IPC, process)
·         Technical Lead Role (Overall responsibility of specified features)
·         SDLC know-how, HA concepts, good know-how in Computer architecture
