Position- Technical Support Engineer/Specialist
Years of experience:  5 to 7years
Job Grade -7

Key Responsibilities:
·         Technical support( level 3) and user/system acceptance testing  activities for CEM portfolio products
·         Analysis and solution finding for complex problems while close collaborating with software development, professional services and quality assurance
·         Independently carry out installation, commissioning, system/user acceptance test(SAT) and integration activities for our customers
·         Participate to emergency support activities and possibly in 24/7 duty
·         Install and test change and enhancement delivery packages in customer and  our own lab environment
·         Participate to product program work by executing installation and system acceptance tests and reporting the findings to the program
·         Creation of training contents and realization of training

Skills required :
·         Testing and troubleshooting experience
·         Linux /UNIX knowledge
·         Experience with Oracle /MySQL/Database
·         Experience with Data warehousing and BO Reporting tools
·         Experience with soapUI
·         Experience with Hadoop
·         Scripting experience (shell, Perl…)
·         Good understanding of GSM, GPRS and UMTS domain
·         Solid knowledge of technical support tools and processes
·         Working knowledge of other NSN products like MSC,HLR,IN,NetAct,IN, OSS or SMSC  would be considered as an additional asset
·         Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders on different technical or managerial level
·         Good analytical and problem solving skills
·         Keen to learn new skills and apply existing skills in new areas
·         Willing to travel
·         Good Presentation skills
