We have Urgent openings for Production support Professionals with one of our MNC Client for Hyderabad / Delhi / Chennai / Bangalore Location.

Job Description as follows :

Skill : Java product support .

: Applications Operations Engineer
∙ Install, deploy and upgrade production systems as needed.
∙ Ensure backups and DR facilities are operating normally
∙ Monitor and adjust the application and database parameters to maintain SLAs
∙ Monitor application and database logs
∙ Monitor, track and record key metrics.
∙ Work with Wipro and Genpact IT directly, as needed
∙ Manage and monitor application and application interfaces
∙ Troubleshoot issues in production
∙ Write and execute automation scripts
∙ Write and execute database reports
∙ Document all changes to production and staging environments
∙ Log issues with Product Technical Support
∙ Interact with peers in customer organizations to troubleshoot interface issues.
∙ Provide leadership in Incident response for any issues and co-coordinating across different Genpact & Client teams.
∙ Should have operations background, operating customer facing 24/7 public internet based applications
∙ Should have technical hands on experience with Java and Oracle based applications



Job Location : Hyderabad / Delhi Bangalore / Chennai
Notice Period : Should be Less than 15 days
