A Desktop Analyst supports the Windows platform, Cisco Networks and also occasional provides desktop support for Windows workstations. Any Graduate with 2-4 Yrs in IT or Relevant industry experience and candidates will possess a high skill level in supporting the environments at an enterprise level.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Exceptional skills in the implementation and supporting the following environments: Windows Server 2003; Active Directory; MS Exchange 2003 and 2007; EMC Storage; Cisco Networks
• Cluster support and fail-over experience
• Check Point Firewalls
• VERITAS Backup
• Symantec Antivirus
• Cisco Switches and Routers
• Call Manger and IPT / VoIP
• Monitoring software
