•Core database concepts, Backup-recovery, RMAN, ASM (RAC – good to have)
•Performance tuning
•Patching
•Cloning
•Application monitoring and cloning
•Aware of DBA support process, code migration process.
•Good to have – knowledge of EBS, Peoplesoft, Demantra, Agile, SOA, OBIEE, ASCP etc.
•Good communication
