Major Deliverables:
Technical Support for CAS
Perform STB testing for Existing customers.
Trouble shooting of Digital Head end software related issues at Client site
Provide hardware and software support to Clients for the running of SMS & CAS
Prepare and maintain necessary Documentation for CAS & SMS Servers
Handle the CAS Software and upgrade the same to new versions as when required
Liaison between Digital Head End customer and service provider for software requirements
Responsible for cl and processing of EPG/ PSI-SI
Propose BOM of CAS, SMS and EPG/PSI-SI Servers for New Customers
Any other Service Delivery technical responsibilities
Branding & Others
Support Marketing team in Internal Branding of Fibtron datasheets for Digital Head ends & STBs
Collect and share market updates on DAS, CAS, SMS & related digital products
