a)Should have 4+ years experience in application development in Microsoft .NET environment.
b)Should have experience in Microsoft .NET (2.0,3.5 and 4.0), C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, WCF.
c)Good hands on understanding of JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, Secure coding practices and Web Services.
d)Should be able to handle complex coding independently.
e)Strong Knowledge in MVC or MVVM Architecture
f)Experience in developing for SharePoint 2007 / 2010 a strong plus

h)Ability to capture and document business requirements. Ability to convert them into technical concepts and Should be Use case proficient
