Position Title:Technical Architect- Saleforce.com  / Veeva CRM

Responsibilities:

1.   Collect/Review business requirements and recommend technical solutions.

2.   Assist in technology evaluations and conduct POCs to demonstrate various capabilities based on client needs and guide solution architecture and design based on the POC results.

3.   Lead application and integration design and development projects (configuration and customization).

4.   Maintain Client company configuration and development guidelines document and guide regional team in the application of the same.

5.   Document and communicate Veeva/SFDC administration SOPs and act as consultant to regional admins.

6.   Guide and lead regional teams in the management of Veeva/SFDC and general administration and support activities including data migration, release management and deployment.

7.   Conduct Veeva/SFDC configuration and customization training and act as a mentor and consultant for application configuration and customization teams.

Requirements:

1.   A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

2.   10+ years technical architecture experience

3.   6+ years Salesforce.com or Veeva architecture and implementation experience

4.   Salesforce.com or Veeva CRM certified

5.   5+ years of technology evaluation experience

6.   5+ years of SFDC or Veeva configuration experience

7.   3+ years of Visual force experience

8.   3+ years of SFDC or Veeva CRM administration experience

9.   3+ years of SFDC data integration experience

Nice to have:

·     Life sciences industry experience

·     Informatica cloud experience

·     Project management experience
