Macher looking for a Branch Manager  With 8 - 11   Years of Experience for a Multinational Company @ Hyderabad
Job Description :
·        Experience handling Branch operations or largeoperations with closer to 100 team members
·        Strong interpersonal skills, required to interact withsenior management and mid level management frequently
·        Any education background is fine, should be graduateor above or equivalent
·        Professional and dynamic
·        Finalize  annual  operating  plan  and budget  for  the  branch  with  corporate office.
·        Monitor performance against approved budgets and submit monthlyFinancial MIS on branch operations to corporate office.
·        Assume overall responsibility for ensuring that the branch remainswithin or exceeds approved budgetary norms
·        Ensure that targeted  Net-growth  and revenue growth  is  achieved
·        Responsible for expansion thru new network acquisitions. Submitproject proposals for expansion / up gradation of network as per businessneeds.
·        Ensure Branch / Area POP and CPE infrastructure is strictly as pernorms thru through periodic checks and operational audits.
·        Ensure  fiber  and  cat5e  laying, is  asper  norms  thru  period  checks  and operational  audits.
·        Ensure implementation of approved projects in a timely andcost-effective manner in coordination with Head – Operations
·        Monitor  and  review  sales  performance and  implement  course  correction  measures where required. Submit periodic reports to management on market intelligence andsales performance versus forecast.
·        Plan and visit customers as per the approved norms and submit areport to management
·        Design and Implement processes for elimination of root causes ofcomplaints to increase customer satisfaction.
·        Ensure timely collection of subscription/ other dues andremittance of the same to corporate office as per laid down procedures.
·        Design and implement customer Relationship management strategywith a view to increase customer retention.
