Need Testing Engineer, Sure Interview

We have an Urgent Opening at our client place for Testing Engineer looking for experienced candidates with 4+ years.
Testing Engineer
Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore
Experience: 4+ Years
Positions: 5
Compensation: Salary is not a constraint for right candidates
JD is given below:
Exp- 4+ Years
Should be able to Own the test feature and able to understand the FR doc.
Should be able to design test strategy / plan, cases , time for owned feature.
Should execute the test cases.
Should automate the test cases by TCL for submission to regression suite.
Should be expert in atleast one or two testing protocols like OSPF, IPv4, BGP, Multicast, IPv6.
Should have good understanding of Switching and layer 2 concepts.
