PORTAL LEAD:
• Having 6 to 7 years of IT experience with relevant of 3-4 yrs in
WebSphere Portals, JSR 168/286, Java/J2EE technologies
• Must have good exp in Struts 1.x, Hibernate and Springs Frame work.
• Exp in WCM (Web content Management) is a definite plus and added
advantage; However not MANDATORY.
• 2 Years in leading the team size of 3 to 4 members.
• Preparing the High Level Design & Low Level Design using UML.
• Helping and Mentoring the team members.
• Reviewing the task and deliverable.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Having excellent Onsite Customer interactions.
• Having good knowledge on SDLC process.
