Technical Support Analysts for MS Dynamics CRM/IN VAS
· MS Dynamics CRM knowledge, customization, configuration and troubleshooting.
· Should have knowledge of provisioning, prepaid/postpaid subscriber life cycle, payment processing, invoicing, dunning etc.
· Working knowledge of large Database Systems(MS SQL server , Oracle)
· Experience with shell scripting is required;
· Good have knowledge of Telecom VAS products (USSD , voucher management etc.)
· Years of exp.- 2.5-4 years exp.
· Work Location- Pune
IN/VAS
· IN, VAS and related technologies (SMS, MMS, VMS, IVR, USSD, Mediation, Billing, Service Provisioning)
· Promotion configuration and implementation.
· Advanced knowledge of SS7, SIGTRAN, VOIP, MGCP , ISUP, MAP, TCAP, INAP and CAMEL protocols.
· Experience with shell scripting is required;
· Knowledge of Telecom Billing system is mandatory.

Bids & Contract Consultant
· Create technical, legal, and commercial RFP responses and manage product information
· Deliver end-to-end responses to customers
· Ensure RFP’s are complete and properly address technical, commercial and business requirements
· Drive production and delivery with strong focus on timelines
· Work in a team environment to ensure the bid deadlines are met.
· Strive to consistently improve the quality of proposals and the proposal development process
· Manage pre and post proposal customer Q&A sessions
· Enhance internal systems and processes for bid content storage, and maintain up to date RFP and
· Product information
· Ensure proposals reflect Redknee leading edge product and corporate strategy
· Assist Sales Directors during all phases of the sales process;
· Analyze and track bid responses to improve quality and bidding strategy
· Create and update standard RFQ responses to influence customer requirements prior to RFP release
· Demonstration of both business and technical strength will be given preference.

Jr. Solution Delivery Specialist

· Ability to construct SQL queries to retrieve complex information from an Oracle database.
· Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills with the proven ability to work proactively under minimal supervision.
· Knowledge of SQL and particularly Oracle SQL is a must.
· Years of exp.- 1-2 years

Solution Delivery Specialist:
Prerequisites:
· Proven expertise in analysis and troubleshooting of software systems.
· Knowledge of mobile telecom networks GSM/CDMA, billing solutions, real time rating and charging systems.
· Experience in one or more aspects of Telecom BSS solution deployment/integration.
· Experience with SUN/HP Solaris, Linux and shell/Perl scripting.
· Ability to construct SQL queries to retrieve complex information from an Oracle database.
· Excellent written and oral English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
· Excellent organizational skills with the proven ability to work proactively under minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience:
· System integration and configuration expertise.
· Knowledge of multiple technologies including (but not limited to) TCP/IP, CORBA, SS7, ISDN, Wireless IN strongly preferred.
· Knowledge of SQL RDBMS Scripting (Oracle, Informix, MySQL).
· Knowledge of configuring network elements including switches, routers, and load-balancers valued.
The Travel requirements:
· must hold a valid passport.
· Global travel will be required for up to 10 week durations.
· 60% travel throughout the year can be expected.
· Possess the maturity to adapt to different corporate environments.

· Either Apache ServiceMix(4.x or higher)/Jboss-Fuse 6 Or Apache Camel and Apache CXF
· XML, XPATH, XQERY, XSLT
· Years of exp.- 3-5 years
