OSS MVI is looking for a SW Engineers         Position -  Engineer, OSS MVI FM/PM Solution Job Grade -  8 RR ID – 57431, 57456   Key Responsibilities:   ·         Plans, designs and executes deliveries in MVI FM/PM area. ·         Co-ordinates activities within own responsibility area (also involving sub-contractors). ·         Has developed specialist knowledge in one area. ·         Coaches other team members (also involving sub-contractors) in solving basic engineering problems. May undertake technical training responsibilities. ·         Solves complex engineering problems of own technology area. ·         Typically participates in reviews of own or neighboring projects.   Skills required :   ·         Good background ( 4-7 Years) in software development using object oriented analysis and design ·         Good knowledge of LINUX, Database technologies and scripting language (like Perl) ·         Understanding of Clearcase/subversion for software configuration management. ·         Technically understand multi vendor integration needs in customer cases, participate in requirement elicitation and analyze requirements.  ·         Provide inputs when needed to lead architect ·         Define, design and implement reusable software components that serve as building blocks for Multivendor (MV) integrations  ·         Setup and manage the repository of MV adapters  ·         Interfacing with Technical Support team for providing support  ·         Actively participate in growing the development capability and competence for multivendor integration    Good to Have:   ·         Familiarity with NetAct, NetAct Advanced Monitor (NAdM) and NetAct Performance Manger (NPM) architecture ·         Good Inter-personal, Communication Skills and Presentation Skills ·         High level of analytic sill, customer orientation, structure and systematic working attitude ·         Ability to think and communicate in a structure/clear/simple manner ·         Personal commitment and ownership of tasks   ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------   To apply internally  please click here IJM Copyright 2013 Nokia Solutions and Networks Contact
