We are urgent Opening of Account manager US Staffing
The main responsibility of the Account Manager will be to help grow the existing account base by establishing client relationships and determining expectations for their staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
* Identifying potential decision makers and build out organization charts
* Meet established goals for job orders
* Identifying cross-selling opportunities
* Develop sales strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration
* Thoroughly communicate client job order needs to recruiting staff for fulfillment
* Facilitate the interview process with the IT hiring manager
* Assist with candidate interview preps and closing (as necessary)
* Help recruiting team with order fulfillment
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 4-5 years of IT Staffing Sales experience both in contract and full time hire capacity
* Proven experience filling high level technical positions
* Strong networking and lead generation ability
* Established, proven closing techniques
* Must have a documented track record of success in Staffing sales
* Selling staffing services to direct clients is preferred.
