REQUIREMENTS
•     Experience in Flex is a must
•     Expert technical skills in Java/J2EE
•     Good JSP developer with experience in JavaScript, AJAX, CSS and SWING
•     Familiarity with Open Source frameworks such as Spring, Struts, JSF
•     Expert skills in XML, XSL/T, and related technologies and protocols
•     Expert skills in SQL and database design
•     Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies
•     Strong oral and written communication skills
•     Ability to work independently and also work in a team located geographically

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related area of study
•     2+ years of experience in Object-Oriented software design and development
•     2+ years of experience in Web application design and development with any application server such as Tomcat, Weblogic, etc.
