Skills specification:
Experience in requirement gathering, analysis and working on functional specification.
Strong coding experience in Core Java & J2ee
Strong experience in Struts and Knowledge in Java Server Faces (JSF) is desirable
Should be strong in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) with UML
Should be strong in Rational Software Architect (RSA) or Rational Application Developer (RAD)
Hands on experience in Java Persistence API (JPA) or Toplink, JDBC
Working knowledge in JMS, Message-Driven Beans, MQ
Working experience in Web Services, JAX-WS, JAX-RPC, JAX-RS and Strong knowledge in SOAP and SOA
Strong exposure to HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, XML (JAXB)
Exposure to UML design and UML Tools
Knowledge in Agile & Scrum is desirable.
Working Knowledge in WebSphere Application Server
Strong experience in MS SQL Server, Oracle
Strong Working knowledge in JUnit, and Test Driven Development (TDD)
Knowledge in VBA, VBScript, MS Access is desirable
Knowledge of Business Process Modeling (BPM) Tools is highly desirable
Well hands to work as an individual contributor to interact and work with clients.
Should have hands on experience in SDLC.
Should have Ability to understand business processes & mine projects onsite, coupled with sound technical knowledge.
Should have an excellent client interaction background with Smart, Innovative, Enthusiastic and Proactive
Should have good communication skill
