Job Description Seeking experienced individual to fill the role of Radiology Information System / PACS Digital Imaging Administrator for local Medical System. Applicant needs to be proficient in SQL/T-SQL, UNIX, Linux, Siemens Novius Radiology and or comparable RIS application, and Microsoft Products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Access). Applicant should also have experience within a Clinical Environment and know how to function within this setting.
Experience & Skill Set · 3-7 Years
Knowledge / Competencies Individual must be competent or become competent in the following areas:
Transact SQL (T-SQL) Programming.
UNIX Programming – Basic is sufficient for the administrator role.
HTML Programming – Basic concepts and practices. This is NOT mandatory but desired.
MS-Query, MS-Access, or SQL Server Basic/Advanced.
Application Build/Usage Knowledge of Syngo (Novius) Radiology.
Application Build/Usage Knowledge of Siemens PACs (This is evolving as education materials and classes are still being designed. This is a benchmark for review throughout employee’s “qualification lifecycle”.
General Networking Concepts (Functionality/Methodology).
o Functional Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Access
Preferred Interpersonal Skills 1.Good Attitude and Learning ability
2. Strong team player
3. Strong verbal and written communication in English.
4. Able to interact effectively with different stakeholders of the project
