Position- Functional Test Engineer Years of experience: 3-8 years Job Grade- 6/7  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: §  Responsible for Test Execution, Test preparation, Fault raising, Fault re-testing and closure, and all Test related documents §  Responsible for the overall functional testing for the solution provided §  Understanding the feature requirements and authoring of functional, regression and performance test cases §  Test execution- Manual and automation §  Reviewing of System Acceptance Test cases and get it reviewed from customer §  Work with Dev teams for fault corrections and re-testing and regression Position-  Performance Test Engineer Years of experience: 3-8 years  Job Grade- 6/7 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: §  Responsible for Test Execution, Test preparation, Fault raising, Fault re-testing and closure, and all Test related documents. §  Responsible for the overall functional testing for the solution provided §  Responsible for performing the performance tests and qualifying the product with respect to performance, stability. §  Understanding the feature requirements and authoring of functional, regression and performance test cases. §  Test execution- Manual and automation §  Reviewing of System Acceptance Test cases and get it reviewed from customer Position- Test LeadYears of experience: 5-8 years  Job Grade- 8 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: §  Understand the functionality, requirements and technical specifications of the application(s) under test §  Drive end-2-end testing activities §  Complete understanding of the Load model of the system. §  Develop, track, and report project level status and other performance metrics to appropriate business and IT leaders. §  Lead cross-functional testing efforts, driving quality practices into work products throughout the lifecycle of a project §  Provide input for improvements and enhancements to quality strategy §  Build Test strategies/Test Plans in collaboration scrum team and product management §  Support and facilitate Test planning and Test management meetings §  Support customer acceptance §  Establish and maintain standards (Test Data libraries, Test cases, Test scripts and the Testing process) §  Responsible for the final Quality of SW/product/solution delivered to Customer Basic Qualification for all positions- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA Skills required for Functional Test Engineer position §  3-5  years experience in testing telecom related software. Good knowledge of 2G/3G. §  Knowhow of SDLC, Preferably Agile principles §  Working experience in Functional, Regression testing , Stability &  Performance testing §  Working experience in Linux. Shell/Perl scripting Skills required for Performance Test Engineer position §  3-5  years experience in testing telecom related software. Good knowledge of 2G/3G. §  Knowhow of SDLC, Preferably Agile principles. §  Experience in performance testing and exposure to tools like LoadRunner §  Working experience in Functional, Regression testing , Stability &  Performance testing §  Working experience in Linux. Shell/Perl scripting. Skills required for Test Lead position § Very good knowledge of Shell/Perl scripting § Basic knowledge on Hardware and software OEM § Working experience in performance testing , automation testing tools ( QTP, Loadrunner,etc.,) § Working experience in Linux / Oracle § Setting up the test labs and installing the products § Experience in Data warehousing projects , § Working experience in Telecom projects §  Good knowledge of 2G/3G networks and call flow
