- Responsible for troubleshooting technical problems.
- Diagnose and resolve client PC configuration issues.
- Troubleshoot basic network conflicts and congestion issues.
- Responsible for providing first class support for non-technical & account management inquiries and escalations coming from business customers.
Preferred skills:
- At least 3 years of total experience in technical support industry including (voice and web channels)
- Knowledge including installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows OS.
- Working knowledge of Mac operating system.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good PC skills. Demonstrates understanding of software and associated hardware
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Problem solving and working through ambiguous situations
