Email Marketing Specialist for india location

Hi All,


  • Create email workflow campaigns to promote the product.
  • Create, test and schedule email campaigns
  • Ensure email marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects
  • Report critical email campaign statistics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, deliver and create successful marketing campaigns and analyse
  • Proofread emails for clarity, design ,grammar, and spelling
  • Develop an email personalization strategy
  • Ensure required email data is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Include accurate images, graphics and detailed descriptions
  • Review email and ensure approvals are in place before campaigns are go green.
  • Create and maintain database of emails for lead generation (Cold Research)
  • Ensure email content and design are optimized for mobile, tablet and various screen resolutions.
  • Follow up on interested respondents.
  • Include effective ‘call-to-actions’ in emails, and keep regular best practices implementations in campaigns to improve CTR’s.
  • Purge non-deliverable email addresses and unsubscriptions
  • Track and analyze direct and automated marketing campaigns
  • Use statistical analysis and reports to create automation campaigns
  • Coordinate and monitor the maintenance and security of several extensive email databases
  • Verify emails before sending them

In terms of skills and requirements, you will need to:
Proven work experience as an Email marketing specialist
2 -3 years’ hands on experience working with Marketing Automation Tools (Hubspot and Marketo), email campaign tools like “(Mail Chimp,Hubspot,Vertical Response)
Hands on experience with understanding HTML and content management systems
Proficiency in marketing automation technology
Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Familiarity with analytical and database tools
Good communication skills
Strong project management skills
An ability to work under tight deadlines
Minimum Bachelor’s degree. (MBA would be preferred)
