• Exp in large IT/telecom organizations in CRM operations, Project management, CRM testing & Integration with Telco systems etc.

 • Knowledge of testing tools like HP ALM, Selenium etc. & testing techniques

• SIT & UAT monitoring & tracking exp Responsibilities
