Role: Software Engineer / Sr. SoftWare Engineer / Consultant / Tech Lead / Architect
Exp: 3 - 12yrs; 
Location: Mumbai; 

Skill Specifications:
Should have hands on experience in Requirement analysis, Design and development
Should be an expert in Core Java and OOPS Concepts
Should be an expert in Collection libraries, JDK1.x, SQL queries
Should have hands on exp in Jasper
Should have hands on experience in JSP and Servlets
Should have hands on experience in HLD/LLD
Should have been exposed to Design patterns, Estimations and UML Assignments.
Must have handled a team of more than 5 members (For lead Role)
Should have hands on experience in SQl server / Oracle
Knowledge/experience in best practices for software development (CMM, ISO) would be nice
Should have excellent communication
Should have hands on experience in SDLC
Should have Ability to understand business processes & mine projects onsite, coupled with sound technical knowledge.
Should have an excellent client interaction background with Smart, Innovative, Enthusiastic, Proactive
