We have opportunities for Business Analysts at Bangalore.
Skill : Business Analysis
Work Location : Bangalore
Responsibilities :
 Evaluate business requirements and best practices in Retail Banking across customers.
 Create Functional specification document based on business and functional requirements. Conduct gap analysis, generate workflow / process flow diagrams.
 Present and discuss optimal solutions with the Customer.
 Monitor the implementation process to ensure qualitative deliverables.
Pre-Requisites :
 MBA (Finance) /Post Graduate with 4 - 12 years of industry experience.
 Experience of working in a software product company / IT department of a large bank.
 Strong knowledge of Retail Banking (Deposits / Accounts / Loans / Lending / Payments / Mobile banking / Internet banking)
 Experience in any core banking product (Flexcube / Finacle / Bancs / Bankfusion, etc.)
 Strong presentation and communication skills
 Ability to achieve Quality deliverables within pre-defined timelines
