• Define POC success criteria
• Costing and Estimation for Mainframe ETL conversion to Datastage
• Coordinate and manage the POC
• Design high level Datastage solution for ACT and MIS warehouse
•Define Datastage solution TCO (cost of ownership)
Duration/Tenure
• 6 months onsite max till July 2014
Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer (HC/Z/JC/4572)
4- 6 Years
Silverlight, C#, SQL Server

• C#, .NET 3.5, SilverLight v 5, WCF, Visual Studio .Net, custom workflows, multi-threaded applications, event handlers, scheduled jobs
• Full understanding of Microsoft Windows Server 2008, IIS 7
• Expert level OO design and development
• Very strong Database design skills -SQL Server 2005 and 2008, SSRS 2008 including ad hoc query development and data analysis
• Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional team with members from multiple vendors and working on applications built on vendor products.
• Robust analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven teamwork, interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Microsoft Certifications a plus point
• Minimum 4 to 5 year’s experience developing custom enterprise software applications and deploying these to production
• B.S/B.A. degree minimum required
