Title- Senior Engineer : Development ( 2 Positions)
Work Location- Bangalore
Responsibilities
• Analyze/elaborate features
• Perform low level and high level design of the component/functional area
• Development and unit testing of the software modules
• Author technical specifications and organizing reviews
• Perform Debugging, symptom collection, Error correction and Fault Status updates.
• Perform module and integration testing
• Take ownership for FURPS (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance & Stability) of features / component(s) done by self/team.
• Takes responsibility to coordinate activities (internal and external partners) for component/functional area
• Guide associated team members
REQUIREMENTS:
Engineering Graduate (EC/CS)
Overall Experience Level - 3 to 4 Years preferably in Telecom Domain
Mandatory Skills
- Telecom Domain knowledge (preferably GSM Domain)
- Experience in Java/J2EE Development and related frameworks
- Expertise on Core Java
- Understanding of containers, parallel processing, JSP, servlets.
- Good knowledge on Perl & shell
- Knowledge of UNIX
- Ability to deal with real time & continuous available systems.

Title - BSS - R&D Verification & Integration Engineer (1 position)
Work Location- Bangalore
BE/BTech/Electronics/
Skills Required:
· GSM domain know how
· Prior network element testing experience.
· Experience of using protocol simulation tools for testing in telecom.
· Prepaid features know how will be an added advantage.
· Know how on protocols like SS7, DIAMETER
· Know how on any scripting language will be an added advantage.
· Perform End to End testing both in simulation and INTegration environments.
· Test plan Authoring and Test case identification / review
· E2E Responsibility of one component/functional area in a customer project.
Good to Have:
· Exposure to Automation tools and principles.
· Real-NE testing and integration with customers site exposure.
· Experience in IN and charging domains.

Title- Care Technical Manager (CTM)(2 positions)
Exp. Level- 8-10 years of experience for CTM level profile
Work Location- Gurgaon
Main Purpose of the Roles and Key responsibilities
- Installation/ commissioning and acceptance of Charge@Once mediate
- would be responsible Handling operational queries 9TQ/TR
- would be responsible Handling emergencies and outages
- Should ensure SLAs are met and the queries/Outages are closed within the specified SLAs.
- Would be responsible for end to end resolution of the customer issues.
- Would be responsible of handling upgrades and updates on Live customer system.
- Should be able to write new procedures/Processes and improve the existing ones.
Personal Attributes
- Should be able to take initiative and guide other team members
- Should be a self-starter and self-motivator
- Should participate in customer operations review meetings
- Should have good verbal and written communications skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to different working environments.
- Ready to work in night shifts and on short notices.

· Design, Coding & unit-testing of Policy Control Server

· Plans, designs and executes items in own area. Contributes to specification reviews.
