- Job Profile :
Good written and verbal communication.
Monitor end to end life cycle of ticketing and tracking Software/Hardware Dispatch .
Ready work in shifts.
Follow-up with internal teams.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Shift : Night Shift / Rotational Shift : Should be much flexible for Shift
- Contract Duration : 9 Months – 1Year ( CTH : Will be hired / absorbed based on the Performance )
- Candidates need to mention FOCUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS in the Profile
- Interview Process : ( All 3 Rounds on the same Day )
• 1st Level : Group Discussion
• 2nd Level : Operations Round ( Communication Test only not much Technical )
• 3RD Level : Client Round
