CAD Application Support
•             Works with CAD clients to research and resolve CAD related support issues (CAD applications, programming and CAD tools).
•             Works with TTS support groups to resolve server, network, print and other issues that affect CAD clients.
•             Engages CAD Development to resolve issues, as determined.
•             Loads/reloads CAD software.

Documentation of CAD Support issues
•             Logs all incoming support issues; documents resolution.
•             Creates written and online documentation of CAD support solutions.  Online documentation allows for the ability to search quickly to identify and resolve recurring, or similar related issues.

Development of Support & Training
•             Supports the CAD development process by providing user testing and pilot coordination; when applicable.
•             Works closely with the CAD Development and Store Design to develop application documentation and user training.  Partners with Organizational Effectiveness team when applicable.



Innovation and Continuous Improvement
•             Works closely with Store Design CAD clients, CAD Development team and TTS to develop ongoing process improvements and best methods to meet the changing needs to clients.  Continually challenges processes and methods to improve productivity while maintaining high quality client service levels.  Integrates various technical tools and promotes effective tool use.  Stays current with changing business processes with Store Design teams (Architecture, Engineering and Store Planning).

Special Projects
Completes special projects as assigned

Requirements
•             Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
•             4-7 years in a technical support or trouble-shooting role
•             Strong technical skills
•             Well developed ability to utilize resources and resolve problems quickly
•             Well developed ability to multi-task; manage multiple priorities simultaneously
•             High attention to detail and quality
•             Strong problem solving and analytical skills
•             Strong organization and follow-up skills
•             Strong communication skills (verbal, listening and written); ability to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical teams.
•             Self-motivated and able to work independently and execute with general direction
•             Occasional travel
