Role Experience Area of Experience Job Location Audit Program Manager 7-15 yrs Plan, design & execution of internal audit programs in entities such as projects, ODCs, accounts and development centers, Lead Auditor in any one of industry standards/ models such as ISO27001, BS25999, CMMi, ISO20000 and HSE/OHSAS, SME in information security, business continuity and service management, De-risking of business through audits along with good articulation skills Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar Lead - Quality Assurance 3-6 yrs Project level quality planning, Conceptual and Practical knowledge of Quality models like CMMI, Six Sigma, PCMM, ITIL, Metrics, Software engineering and basics of project management, Focus on Productivity improvement levers like Tools, Automation and Reuse etc. Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mysore Lead Consultant – Enterprise Quality Solutions (EQS) 8-12 yrs Quality Process Consulting, Software Engineering: ALM [TFS, RTC] & related Tools, Process Models – CMMI/ITIL/COBIT, Agile, Scrum, GRC. Onsite experience of working with clients and/or experience of working in a product environment will be an added advantage. Good communication & Client facing skills Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh Associate Consultant/Senior Consultant – Enterprise Quality Solutions (EQS) 2–8 yrs Quality Process Consulting, Software Engineering: ALM [TFS, RTC] & related Tools, Process Models – CMMI/ITIL/COBIT, Agile, Scrum, GRC. Onsite experience of working with clients and/or experience of working in a product environment will be an added advantage. Good communication & Client facing skills Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh Senior System Engineers/Technology Analyst – REUSE & TOOLS Group 2-5 yrs Good in any one of the following Technologies: JAVA/J2EE/.NET, Open Systems, SAP/Oracle/Seibel & other package.
