Role	Description
Product Technical Lead (5-8 yrs experience)	Open Source specialist in Java development - end to end app development experience including front end in JSF / JSP, exposure to working with open source platforms and frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Primefaces, Drools. Exposure to Retail or Financial Domain will be a plus
Product Technical Architect (8-12 yrs experience) (Domains : TV/Mobile/Financial /Retail/ Supply Chain/ Sustainability/Healthcare)	An experienced Java/J2EE expert (with Open Source, BPM, Rules Engines, Mobility, Analytics, Big Data front and working as a Product/Solution Architect  role                                                                        OR An expert in SQL Server / ORACLE / Teradata / PostgreSQL / MySQL. Experience in SaaS based multi-tenant solution, horizontal scaling techniques, familiarity with NoSQL databases.                                                                          OR An expert with experience in TV/ Mobile application development  on Mobility/Cloud Computing. Java, J2EE,J2ME, XML, JSF, Web technologies, JSP, HTML5, Android, Hibernate (Linux), Linux applications and system programming. Object oriented design , Agile development, TV Apps design and dev experience; Knowledge of TV transmission systems  - DTH, Cable, Linux application and systems programming. Mobile Apps design and dev ; Mobile OS: Android /RIM/iOS                                                                             OR An expert with experience in BI and Data Modeling tools (ERWIN), Experience in SSAS (SQL Server Analytical Services), DB Creation & Table Definition Scripts.ETL Source System SME (SAP/Oracle/Ariba etc.)
Technical Manager (8-12 yrs experience)	Individual with track record in developing products and managing an engineering team inclusive of development, QA and associated interfaces (UED, Doc, pre-Sales etc.).  Over and above the Java/J2EE background would like someone who has worked with Hadoop/ Hbase/ Mapreduce/ Data mining and advanced analytics/big data to the extent possible.  Exposure to the Retail business would be a big plus
Test Leads (5-8 yrs experience)	Automation Testing experts with hands on experience in tools like QTP/Loadrunner/ Silk Test / Microsoft Visio etc.
