Primary Technical Skills:

Thorough knowledge in current versions and concepts of:

Object Oriented Programming
Core java and advanced java
JSP, Servlets, JSF, Web Services
UML and Design Patterns
Struts, SPRINGS; XML, XPATH, XSLT, AJAX, Hibernate
jQuery, Regular expressions, Java scripting language
Oracle Database: RDBMS Concepts, writing and debugging SQL and PL/SQL programs
Hands on experience on IBM WAS and WSAD/RAD, Oracle SQL Developer, Tomcat, and My Eclipse, SCM Tool Harvest, is must
Development experience in Image repositories like FileNet, Workflow packages like Automatic Work Distributor (AWD), etc is added advantage.


2)Java Liferay Developers/Sr.Developers/TL(3-8 years)


JOB DESCRIPTION

This is both an architectural and hands-on development position, needing someone who can help define high level direction, and then implement that vision. This individual will need to be an expert at Liferay Portal, as well as able to mentor peers on using this tool.


Responsibilities:

* Help define future portal architectural direction

* Define and implement migration plan of a diverse set of legacy and new applications to a common portal architectural platform

* Create standardized and version controlled portal environments for deployment into Development, QA and Production

* Work closely with IT team to manage and streamline deployment activities

* Work with development teams to leverage portal tools fully and appropriately

* Hands on analysis of patches and upgrades of portal products


Required Skills

* Portal Development and Architecture using Liferay Portal

* JSR 168 & 286 Portlet development

* Software development background in Java/J2EE

* Experience architecting and developing for enterprise-level capacity and availability requirements

* Strong verbal and written Communication.




3) Java Front office Developers/ALIP(Accenture Life Insurance platform) (3-8 Years)


Must be 4 to 5 years of development experience in FrontOffice and in java and oracle related technologies


Roles and Responsibilities:

* Analysis of Service Requests
* Preparation of Technical and Design documents
* Preparation of Test Plans
* Coding by strictly following the guidelines
* Unit Testing of CRs/Issues/ITSRs/ARs
* Peer Review/Code Review
* Testing of modules in Development / UT regions
* Preparation of Project Documents
* Communication with customers on assigned work
* Participate in Internal and External Audits
* Follow defined Processes and Procedures
* Capable to work on multiple applications/systems
* May have to work on other technologies as per the reqt


Technical Skills required:

Experience in Image Repository System (FileNet), Workflow packages like Automatic Work Distributor (AWD), WebI reports is added advantage.

Candidates with SCJP, SCWCD, SCBCD and OCP are preferred.


4) Java Chordiant Developers(4-8 Years)


Must be 2 to 5 years of development experience in Java Chordiant

Candidates with SCJP, SCWCD, SCBCD and OCP are preferred.


Technical Skills required:

1. Chordiant Foundation Server Development.

2. Contact Center Advisor, CTI, CAFÉ Server.

3. Data Management, Campaign Management and Computer Telephonic interface.

4. Java/J2EE (Servlet, Java Script, JSP, HTML, XML, EJB, JMS, AJAX)

5. Packaging & build tools like ANT, Cruse control and\or Maven.

6. Web sphere, Tomcat or Web logic.

7. RAD +7, My Eclipse.

8. Version Control Systems (PVS, Harvest, CVS).

9. SQL, PLSQL, TSQL.

10. Oracle or RDBMS as MSSQL/DB2.

11. UNIX Operating Systems and Shell Scripting.

12. Emerging Technologies as TDD, Spring Framework, Hibernate Framework, Components Web Based Framework (JSF, Tapestry)

13. Java, J2EE Design Patterns like MVC, Composite, Proxy.

14. SOA (Web Services, SOAP, ESB).


Secondary skills:

Good written/oral Communication skills in US English Language
Should have Good knowledge in CMM Processes & Procedures
Prior experience or basic understanding of Insurance business and Business Automation Process is required.
