Job Title: Sr. Tech Support Engineer
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Min Experience Required: 3+ years
Shift Timings: Rotational with 2 days off per week

Responsibilities include:-
* Install, configure and troubleshoot software which includes but not limited to MySQL, Nginx, Apache, Tomcat, Solr, Postfix, Icinga
* Bleeding Edge R&D across all technical areas affecting CeX
* Create shell scripts to automate tasks
* Managing our VPN stack composed of Strongwan, xl2tpd, pppd
* Creating and updating iptables rules as our network expands
* Querying and analyzing W3SVC logs
* Viewing and interpreting event logs
* Creativity
* Create tools to assist IT dept
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Extremely high attention to detail
* Document troubleshooting procedures
* Assist in any other general tasks that may arise
* Worldwide travel opportunities
* Help scope, plan, and write technical proposals for projects
* Perform root cause analysis and implement fix/workaround
* Escalate cases to the relevant department when required
* Monitoring queue of escalated incidents to ensure all escalations are progressed and updated
* Willing to work on call / overtime when required
* Maintain smooth running of shops from an IT standpoint
* Attend and participate in all departmental meetings/training initiatives

Required skills:
Programming, such as VB, VBA, PHP, HTML
SQL Administration, Maintenance, Query
Good Verbal/Written English Communication
PowerShell
Create, launch and configure instances in Amazon EC2 and managing the VPC
Advanced Virtualization Skills
MS Access
Comfortable with the CLI
IIS 6/7/8
Preferred skills:
Comfortable with CentOS and Ubuntu
Chef/Puppet/Ruby/ Python/ .NET
Verbal/Written Spanish Communication


Qualifications: Any Graduate.
