Mandatory- Good apps development and not only webpage development 

a.JavaScript (frameworks such as Backbone, Angular, Knockout or similar)- any one 
and module loaders (such as CommonJS/RequireJS)- any one
b.HTML5, CSS (frameworks such as Twitter Bootstrap, Foundation or Blueprint) any one 
c.Data visualization/charting libraries (such as D3.js, Raphael.js- Any one of these ) any one
d.Javascript unit testing frameworks like Jasmine, Mocha or similar- Any one of these 
e.Experience consuming cross platform RESTful Web Services (JSON/XML- Any one of these)
