• Strong knowledge and understanding in WSS 3.0, MOSS 2007, SharePoint 2010
• Web development experience (C#, ASP.NET, JQuery, XHTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript, and LINQ) is required
• Deep
knowledge of SharePoint object model is must. This includes developing
custom web parts and user controls using Microsoft .Net and Ajax
development
• Knowledge of Master page, page layouts, Site columns and content types. Solution packaging and deployment process
• Strong Experience / Knowledge of SharePoint 2007 to 2010 migration strategies
•
Knowledge must include architectural design, web parts development,
management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning deploying and
supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations
• Understanding and use of best practices for deploying SharePoint solutions
• Complex Workflow Developments
• Good fundamental and hands on knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005/2008
• Strong analytical skills and good problem solving skills
