Position: Interactive Designer (Flash/AS3)
Job Description
Our
ideal full-time Interactive Designer candidate is creative, energetic, and has
a passion for demonstrating skill and precision in his/her work. This is a
challenging job that offers the right person an opportunity to contribute to
rich media technology and online advertising.
You
will work with the Creative Director and project manager to bring campaigns to
life in large format interactive ads with features like videos, games, Dynamic
Creative Optimization (DCO) and social media integration. The Interactive
Designer works with the creative, development and project management teams for
day-to-day campaign creation, revisions and timely delivery.
The
candidate should be experienced with user interface design, graphic design and
Flash/AS3 development & animation. The candidate is expected to be able to
drive the creation of the new ad campaigns which might include but will not be
limited to UI design, banner ad creation, video processing, enhancements to
existing assets from prototype, wire frames, comps, or other high-concept
documents to a finished product. Position also includes basic video editing as
needed.
Job Requirements
Core Competencies:

Keen eye for design and motion with acute
attention to detail.
·
Work experience Designing/Developing:
o
For Flash Player v8-9.3 or later
o
Using the Flash CS5 authoring tools or later
·
Fluent in Flash (Action Script 3), Photoshop,
Illustrator, Fireworks
·
Must have deep understanding of vector based
design
·
Must be mindful of file size optimization (in
finished SWF files)
·
Work experience with video editing and
post-production a plus
·
3+ years experience with hands-on Interactive
Design using Flash (advertising focus preferred)
·
Must be able to independently take projects
from concept to finish
·
Work well under pressure and able to meet
aggressive deadlines; Able to switch rapidly between different projects in a
fast-paced environment
