Responsibilities:
Would be responsible for handling a large or a set of small projects simultaneously
Would be involved in customer interaction and coordinating with the architect and other members of the team to ensure timely delivery
Would be involved in planning, estimating, prioritizing, managing resources and scheduling appropriately
Would be directly accountable for project under-run or over-run
Would be responsible for process and budget compliance's
Pre requisites:
8+ years of extensive experience as developer and architect
Hands-on experience in product/project development using Core Java technologies
2+ years of experience in end-to-end project/product management
Prior experience/ demonstrated ability to manage large teams/ sets of small teams
Prior experience in mentoring teams to ensure successful deliveries
A startup enthusiast who would be willing to take on any responsibility as required
A self-starter attitude with the ability to make decisions independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
