Responsibilities:
Would be the SME for all Java related projects - both internal as well as of the customers
Would be responsible for managing consulting opportunities and building the expertise in-house
Would be involved in pre-sales and solution architecting
Would be responsible to create POCs
Would grow the practice and and involve in mentoring the team
Pre requisites:
7-12 years of extensive experience as developer and architect
Hands-on experience with Core java and related technologies
Prior experience in pre-sales and providing solution architecture
A technologist at heart who aspires to set up and grow the Java CoE as a SME
A self-starter attitude with the ability to make decisions independently
Prior experience with Mule, Drools, Liferay, Camelor would be an advantage
Experience in cloud based architecture will be a plus
Excellent communication and demonstrated technical mentoring abilities
Domain expertise/knowledge in portal, media, education, telecom would be a plus
