Job Description	§ Technical writer for software product development Preparation and updating of User Manuals, Installation Guide, Reference Manuals for software systems controlling and monitoring wind parks.
Qualification	BE / B.Tech / in Electronics,  Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering from a college/university of repute and having an excellent academic track record
Experience and skill set	§ 3 - 4 years experience in Technical Writing § Expert level knowledge in Documentation Development Life Cycle (DDLC), Structured, and unstructured documentation § Should have excellent verbal and written communication skill and excellent command over English § DITA concepts § Hands-on experience in any one of the XML based structured authoring tools like XMetal
Knowledge / Competencies	§ Tools: Ø  MS Office Ø  Snag It Ø  Adobe Acrobat § Quality consciousness and knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, CMMI. § Good command over English in written and spoken communication
Capabilities	Proactive, self motivated, Result oriented, Good communication skills (both written as well as oral)
Preferred Inter-Personnel Skills / Other Capabilities	§ Takes strong initiative § Good in communicating within the team as well as with all the stake holders § Strong customer focus § Highly proactive § Good at decision making
