Designs, codes, and completes code reviews. Coordinates release processes
Implements solutions using industry best practices
Provides technical leadership for every phase of the project lifecycle.
Supports performance tuning, architecting of applications
Collaborates with client technical teams on project delivery
Mentors junior team members on coding standards, optimal solutions, best practices
Leads training sessions frequently
Conducts code reviews and is accountable for quality code on projects
Participates in pre-sales process as needed
Qualifications
Expert in ATG,Java (JDK 1.6)/J2EE, Spring, Struts, Hibernate
Minimum 6 years of hands on experience on ATG / Oracle web commerce.
Very sound fundamentals in Oops concepts
Expert in TDD (Test driven development)
Excellent hands on experience in web services and database concepts
Experience in various middleware technologies is a must
Project experience in application servers like JBoss/Weblogic etc.
Experience with popular Java IDEs (Eclipse/WSAD)
Excellent exposure to design patterns and working experience on projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to mentor and lead technical modules
Ability to learn new technology quickly
