- Should have excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience or a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 to 4 years of experience.
- Should have strong knowledge in day to day core accounting operations of a Listed Company in India, particularly in IT and ITES sector.
- Should have strong knowledge in establishing internal controls in accounting department.
- Should have expert knowledge in Tally ERP version.
- Should have strong knowledge in Direct and Indirect Taxes in India and should possess expert knowledge in statutory compliances of Income Tax, Sales Tax and Service Tax.
- Should have strong knowledge in STPI related matters and filing Soft-tech Forms.
- Should be able to prepare quarterly financial results as per the requirement of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement with Stock Exchanges in India.
- Should have strong working knowledge in closing of accounts on a periodical basis and prepare financial and MIS reports to management.
- Should have strong working knowledge in preparing Annual Operating Plan (APO) including monthly / quarterly and annual revenue, expenses and capital budgets.
- Should have strong working knowledge in Project / Job costing.
- Should have strong working knowledge in working with Statutory and Internal Auditors for timely completion of Statutory and Internal Audit.
- Should have strong knowledge in finance / accounting matters relating to Stock Exchanges in India.
- Should have strong knowledge in Accounting Standards issued by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) issued by International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).
- Should have strong knowledge in PF, ESI and Professional Tax matters and should possess expert knowledge in statutory compliances of the above.
- Should have strong working knowledge in preparation of CTC (Cost to Company) preparation for employees based on the prevailing industry standard practices and tax laws in India.
- Should have strong working knowledge in finance / accounting related issues connected to HR, Admin departments.
- Should have strong working knowledge in Payroll Processing and related matters.
- Should have strong knowledge in handling banking related matters and should be able to prepare financial information for loan / funding proposals.
- Should have strong working knowledge in filing SOD, Stock and Debtors statements to Bank.
- Should have strong working knowledge in MS Office.
- Should have good knowledge in attending ISO ISMS Audits.
- Should be able to lead a team of size of 5 to 10 members.
- Should be able to prepare financial reports according to requirements of top management of the company.
- Should be hardworking, sincere and straightforward.
