·         MS Dynamics CRM knowledge, customization, configuration and troubleshooting.
·         Should have knowledge of provisioning, prepaid/postpaid subscriber life cycle, payment processing, invoicing, dunning etc.
·         Working knowledge of large Database Systems(MS SQL server , Oracle)
·         Experience with shell scripting is required;

3.Bids & Contract Consultant
 
·         Create technical, legal, and commercial RFP responses and manage product information
·         Deliver end-to-end responses to customers
·         Ensure RFP’s are complete and properly address technical, commercial and business requirements
·         Drive production and delivery with strong focus on timelines
·         Work in a team environment to ensure the bid deadlines are met.
·         Strive to consistently improve the quality of proposals and the proposal development process
·         Manage pre and post proposal customer Q&A sessions

4.System Integration Specialist (SIS):
 
Required Experience:
 
·         Proven expertise in analysis and troubleshooting of software systems.
·         Knowledge of mobile telecom networks GSM/CDMA, billing solutions, real time rating and charging systems, CRM solutions.
·         Experience in one or more aspects of Telecom BSS solution deployment/integration.
·         Experience with SUN/HP Solaris, LiNUX and shell/Perl scripting.
·         Ability to construct SQL queries to retrieve complex information from an Sql Server/Oracle database.
·         Excellent written and oral English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
·         Excellent organizational skills with the proven ability to work proactively under minimal supervision.
 
Preferred Experience:
 
·         Knowledge of Redknee TCB or Charge@Once Suite of products.
·         System integration and configuration expertise.
·         Knowledge of multiple technologies including (but not limited to) TCP/IP, CORBA, SS7, Diameter, ISDN, Wireless IN strongly preferred.
·         Knowledge of configuring network elements including switches, routers, and load-balancers valued.

6.Care Resource Manager/ Line Manager:
 
·         Good working experience with BSS (Business Support System) Space
·         Knowledge of SS7/ Diameter Protocols
·         Knowledge of Mediation
·         Working knowledge with any Telecom companies would be good
·         1- 2 years of experience in handling people management role for large projects..
·         Working experience with Support team ( TAC1, TAC2, TAC3 ) would be added advantage.
