Skill : Business Analysis Work Location : Bangalore Responsibilities : Evaluate business requirements and best practices in Retail Banking across customers. Create Functional specification document based on business and functional requirements. Conduct gap analysis, generate workflow / process flow diagrams. Present and discuss optimal solutions with the Customer. Monitor the implementation process to ensure qualitative deliverables. Pre-Requisites : MBA (Finance) /Post Graduate with 4 - 12 years of industry experience. Experience of working in a software product company / IT department of a large bank.
