•  Minimum Teaching exposure
•  Uniqueness in delivering the knowledge to students
•  Develop training strategy for new starts with a mix of classroom and computer based training
•  Must have recent oil and gas industry
•   Must have strong experience in developing training materials, such as training documents, web guidance, web sessions, and training sessions.
•   Excellent communication skills and above average interpersonal skills
•   Ability to motivate and to challenge
