Position- Senior R&D Engineer/R&D Specialist/R&D Architect
Years of experience: 7-12 years
Job Grade – 8/9
Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate would join IMS HSS Development Team
·
Selected
candidate shall be guiding the team in Analysis, Design &
implementation of software components according to Requirement
specification.
·
Guiding other team members in delivering high quality software.
Responsible and owns the quality KPIs for the area owned.
·
Come with improvement programs and take it to implementation
Skills required :
·
Champion of C++/OOAD/Design Patterns.
·
Have proven experience in memory management concepts, large scale software development experience, resolving complex/high
performing system challenges.
·
Expert in telecom and networking in one or more of the following areas - IMS/HSS, SIP, Diameter, TCP/IP, QoS, VoIP
·
Great team player, communication skills, ability to mentor coach team members.
·
Programming platforms:Solaris or other flavours of UNIX OR Linux.
·
Tools - Clearcase, Subversion, gcc, Rational Rose, Purify, Quantify, Purecoverage, Valgrind, Eclipse/NetBeans etc.
·
Process know-how - Iterative/Agile (or) Waterfall models. Person accustomed to Agile principles and agile mode of development
will have an added advantage.
