A good wireless network architecture understanding and the comfortable level of underlying protocols knowledge would be added advantage. This position demands a lot of self initiation and excellent communication skills. The candidate should be a team player and should be able to mentor young engineers. Openness in picking up the new areas and quick technical ramp-up is a desirable attribute.
